My passion is to steer any level of endurance athlete towards achieving prime performance for their target events, season upon season. An extensive background in exercise physiology, muscle biochemistry and experience as an accomplished international competitor, allows me to prescribe the most effective training for any individual or performance scenario. Using evidence-based and objective training principles I design and monitor customised programmes to maximise performance for any event or personal challenges in cycling, running or even both!
